NASHUA, N.H. – A Hooksett woman is deceased following a crash on the F.E. Everett Turnpike.

At 4:33 p.m., Wednesday, July 1, 2026, State Troopers assigned to the Troop B barracks responded to a three-vehicle crash on the F.E. Everett Turnpike northbound, at mile marker 7 in Nashua.

The preliminary investigation determined that the driver of a 2020 Honda CRV, identified as Theresa Douville, 69, of Hooksett, failed to slow down for traffic stopped ahead of her and crashed into the back end of an Infiniti QX60, driven by Gyna Santana, 35, of Lawrence, Massachusetts. The initial crash caused a chain-reaction rear-end collision between Santana and another Infiniti QX60, driven by Madison Berube, 30, of Hooksett. Troopers also determined Douville was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.

Douville suffered serious injuries in the crash, and life-saving measures were attempted at the scene. She was transported to a local hospital, where she was pronounced deceased. Santana, Berube, and multiple child passengers in each vehicle were transported to be evaluated as a precaution.

Three lanes of northbound traffic were shut down for approximately one hour while Troopers processed the scene. State Police were assisted by members of the Nashua police and fire departments, as well as the New Hampshire Department of Transportation.

All aspects of the crash remain under investigation. Anyone with information that may assist the investigation is asked to contact Trooper Nathan Belanger at (603) 738-7260.
