“We’ve got some of the highest energy costs in the country, and the solutions are within reach,” Goodlander said. “Nature itself is powering this city and our state, and there’s nothing more exciting than to see how you put our natural assets to use.”
According to the report, households in New Hampshire are paying more across several major categories. It estimates the average household has spent more than $4,400 additional dollars overall, including $1,108 more on housing costs such as rent and mortgage payments.
The Livable Nashua Energy Coaching Program is launching its first pilot to help Nashua homeowners lower energy costs, improve home comfort, and make informed decisions about home energy upgrades.
