Event honors nearly 300 Class of 2026 certificate and associate degree grads
NASHUA – This spring, Nashua Community College will celebrate the graduation of 298 students, with more than 200 planning to join in person for NCC’s largest in-person ceremony in nearly 10 years.
The event will take place Monday, May 18 at 2 pm outdoors on the East Lawn by the Gymnasium. The rain date is Tuesday, May 19 at 2 pm.
This is the first graduation presided over by NCC’s president, who joined the college in summer 2025. “Commencement is always a moment of pride for our college, but it is especially meaningful for me to celebrate this milestone with our graduates during my first commencement as president of Nashua Community College,” said Dr. James M. Keane. “Our graduates have demonstrated resilience,determination, and a commitment to their futures, and we are honored to recognize their achievementsas they take their next steps in their careers, education, and communities.”
Class of 2017 NCC graduate Kyle Moschen, will serve as Commencement Speaker. Since NCC, Kyle hasearned his bachelor’s and launched a PR career in Seattle.
At Commencement, organizers will present a series of student awards for leadership and academic achievement, as well as a service award for a member of the community.
NCC has more than 50 associate degree and certificate options. The most popular degrees this year are Nursing with 22 graduates, Health Science with 24 graduates, and General Studies with 26. Graduates are prepared to enter the workforce, or transfer their credits to 4-year degree programs.
