Chief Shaun Woods reports that the Tyngsborough Police Department is actively searching for a suspect wanted in connection with an arson investigation in Nashua, New Hampshire, who is believed to be in the Tyngsborough area.
Tyngsborough Police are searching for DERRICK COUTURE, 39, who is believed to have traveled into Tyngsborough following the incident earlier today.
COUTURE may pose a danger to himself or others. Members of the public are urged not to approach COUTURE if they see him and to immediately call 911.
Anyone who believes they have seen COUTURE or has information about his whereabouts should call 911. Tyngsborough Police are actively searching the area with law enforcement partners, including Nashua Police and the Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council SWAT Team.
Residents may see an increased police presence as the search continues. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
