The committee recommended final passage of seven borrowing resolutions covering a public works garage, swimming pools, wastewater improvements, landfill projects and equipment purchases.

For the 2027 fiscal year, revenues have exceeded plan by $74.9 million or 12.5%. The State revenues are also $111.7 million higher than at the same point last year.
Inspectors from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) were summoned to the scene shortly after the incident. Accompanied by Bedford police officers, OSHA investigators were seen meticulously taking photographs and recording measurements across the driveway.

“What you're doing helps these kids, not only now, but through their entire life, giving them good dental care,” Donchess said. “I think you're accomplishing so much for a huge number of children.”
The approval came only after the board first determined that changes in state law created a “material change in circumstances” allowing it to reconsider a substantially similar 2024 proposal that remains under litigation.
