NASHUA, N.H. – St. Joseph Hospital is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Bergeron, a longtime New Hampshire business and technology leader, to its Board of Directors.
Bergeron is the Co-Founder and Founding Partner of Nashua-based SkyTerra Technologies, where he has helped organizations navigate technology modernization, cloud adoption, cybersecurity, and digital transformation while leading business development, operations, and strategic partnerships. He is also Co-Founder, Board Member, and Technical Advisor of SkyLytics Data, an emerging technology company focused on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the Internet of Things.
“Dan brings a valuable combination of business leadership, technology expertise, and a genuine commitment to the Greater Nashua community,” said John A. Jurczyk, FACHE, President of St. Joseph Hospital. “As healthcare continues to evolve, his experience and perspective will be tremendous assets to our Board and to St. Joseph Hospital as we continue advancing our mission and serving our community.”
Prior to co-founding SkyTerra Technologies, Bergeron held technology leadership positions with Presidio and Wellington Management, where his work included enterprise technology infrastructure, Microsoft solutions, governance, business continuity, and strategic technology initiatives.
Bergeron’s commitment to the community extends beyond his professional work. A New Hampshire native, he has served on the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce Board since 2025 and is an active member of the Plymouth Area Renewable Energy Initiative. He also volunteers with the Nashua Food Pantry.
“I am honored to join the St. Joseph Hospital Board of Directors and support an organization that has such a longstanding commitment to the Greater Nashua community,” said Bergeron. “I look forward to working alongside the Board and hospital leadership to help St. Joseph continue to grow, innovate, and meet the changing needs of the people it serves.”
Bergeron attended Northeastern University, where he studied electrical engineering. Outside of his professional and community involvement, he enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and scenic motorcycle rides.
