Evidence of their growing AI-powered technology company that prevents refrigeration failures for life saving pharmaceutical drugs

Predictive Monitor, a Nashua-based life sciences technology company, held a grand opening and ribbon-cutting for its new, 15,000-square-foot headquarters located at 1800 Southwood Drive in Nashua.

Its technology, OverShield, uses sensors, artificial intelligence and machine learning to identify early warning signs of refrigeration-system problems before they become costly failures. The technology is designed to help pharmaceutical, biotechnology and other life sciences organizations protect temperature-sensitive products, including materials essential to medical research and patient care.

The open house provided an opportunity to see how New Hampshire companies are developing technology to support the life sciences industry and help safeguard products that can ultimately affect patients' lives.

WHY IT MATTERS: New Hampshire's life sciences industry is expanding, with state data showing life sciences employment grew 24% between 2019 and 2025. Predictive Monitor's headquarters expansion reflects the opportunity for New Hampshire companies to develop technologies that support pharmaceutical and biotechnology operations. It's worth noting that Predictive Monitor has bought this building, moving from another smaller location they had been renting. It's a milestone moment for their company & evidence of its success and commitment to NH.
