New oversight panel charts path for Nashua Public Library expansion

The televised meeting in the Aldermanic Chamber was called to order by Chairman Michael O’Brien, with Administrative Services Director Tim Cummings walking members through the agenda and a detailed orientation memo spelling out how the joint building committee will operate.

Ladder 3 was the first truck on scene, in the rear, with light smoke showing from the roof vents and soffits of a 3-story garden style apartment building. Command was established by Ladder 3. Engine 3 stretched a 1 ¾” hose line to the front door of the building awaiting the location of the fire.
