Take the CLF survey for Nashua residents
Summer has arrived in Nashua. The days are long and warm, the rain arrives in sudden bursts, and we spend more time outside – walking to the store, waiting for the bus, catching up with neighbors on the sidewalk. Our streets fill with the food, music, and art of the many places Nashua's people come from. It's one of the best times of the year to be here.
It’s also the season that shines a light on what isn't working: the bus stop with no shelter on a 95 degree afternoon, the pothole that gets a little deeper with every downpour, or the street without a single shade tree, where a short errand leaves you wrung out. I hear about these things constantly – at bus stops, in coffee shops, on people's front steps. The problem isn't that people don't notice what’s wrong. It’s that we rarely get an opportunity to share our concerns.
A group of Nashua neighbors, working alongside Conservation Law Foundation, wants to gather up those concerns and act on them. We want to hear from you.
We've created a short survey to learn what matters most to the people who call Nashua home: clean air and water, safe streets and sidewalks, green space, healthy housing, reliable buses, affordable groceries. It takes 5 to 10 minutes, is anonymous, and is open to anyone 18 or older who lives, works, plays, or studies in Nashua. The survey is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic, Swahili, and Chinese.
You can help in two ways: take it yourself, and pass it along to your family, neighbors, coworkers, the people at your church or your kid's school.
Your response will shape what we push for – where we focus our advocacy, what changes we ask city leaders to make, and which problems we refuse to let slide. Advocacy works best when it starts with the people who know the ground.
