On July 24, 2026, the Nashua Police Department arrested 32-year-old Najim Ullah for two (2) counts of Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Images, Special Felonies, and Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Images, Class A Felony.
Since September 2025, the Nashua Police Department has been assigned several National Center for Missing and Exploited Children CyberTips by the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Each of the CyberTips reported different accounts and IP addresses.
Investigators assigned to the Cybercrimes Against Children Unit applied for several search warrant applications, which were granted, and were able to identify the suspect as Ullah. A search warrant for Ullah’s residence, person, and vehicle was applied for and granted. The search warrant was executed, and several electronic devices were seized.
Evidence of Possession and Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Images was located on the devices.
Ullah was held without bail and will be arraigned at the 9th Circuit District Division Nashua Court on July 27, 2026 at 1:00 pm.
