Nashua aldermen advance surplus land sale, COVID funding fix and other fiscal measures

The board extensively discussed two ordinances regarding public comment: one removing the unused 15‑minute total time cap, and another expanding individual speaking time. Supporters argued that modestly longer comments would better accommodate complex issues while keeping meetings manageable
