NASHUA, N.H.—The Front Door Agency’s Board of Directors plays a vital role in advancing our mission and strengthening our impact throughout the Greater Nashua community. Bringing together leaders with diverse professional expertise, the Board provides strategic guidance by establishing effective policies, overseeing and approving the organization’s budget, and championing initiatives that expand support for individuals and families in crisis. Through their dedication, leadership, and countless volunteer hours, Board members work collaboratively to ensure the Agency remains true to its mission, vision, and values while positioning the organization for continued growth and success.
Joining their Board for the 2027 fiscal year is Jaime Abrams, Eric Kirchberger, and Donna Kraus. The Agency asked for insight on what drives them to make a difference in our community:
Jaime Abrams
Jaime lives in Merrimack, New Hampshire with her family and currently serves as the Supervisor of Substation Operations within the Civil Construction Division within Eversource. In this role, she oversees critical infrastructure work that supports safe and reliable energy delivery across the region. Prior to her career in utility operations, she proudly served as a police officer with the City of Nashua, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership, public service, and community engagement. Outside of work, she is deeply committed to giving back to the community. She coaches several different youth sports teams and volunteers with Special Olympics, supporting athletes and helping create positive, inclusive experiences for local families.
Eric Kirchberger
Eric has recently joined The Event Center at the Courtyard by Marriott Nashua as Director of Sales. Eric is returning to the hotel as he previously was the Sales Director from 2004-2010. A career professional in hospitality sales, he has worked mostly with Marriott and Starwood hotels and is excited to return to the Nashua hospitality market. Eric grew up in NJ but spent summers in NH since childhood and moved to the Granite State in 2000. Eric lived in Nashua until 2020 and now resides with his family in Milford, NH. His wife, Ardith, is the owner of Speak Easy Speech Therapy in Amherst. They have two children, one who is in college and one who attends Milford area schools. Eric is excited about the opportunity join the board of Directors at the Front Door Agency. “The wonderful work that the Front Door Agency does and its mission to help put people in a position to succeed is something that I would be honored to take part in.”
Donna Kraus
Donna first became acquainted with the Front Door Agency more than 20 years ago through her late husband Ron’s membership on the Board of Directors. Since his passing in 2012, she has been the sole owner and President of Bausch Articulating Papers, Inc., a North American dental products distribution company that they co-founded in 1998. Donna has most recently served on the Board of Directors for the Nashua Community Music School and also on the Board of the Nashua Symphony Association. She is currently a member of the Nashua Choral Society and Crossway Christian Church. The proud mother of twins, Donna now resides in Hollis with her husband, Howard Bonenberger.
