Driver deceased after crash in Londonderry

LONDONDERRY, N.H. – A Pelham man is deceased following a crash on Interstate 93.

At 1:50 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 18, 2026, State Troopers assigned to the Troop B barracks responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash in the area of mile marker 12 on Interstate 93 in Londonderry.

Witnesses reported that the involved Buick sedan left the road and entered the center median dividing the highway. The vehicle then continued traveling there for a distance before crashing into a concrete bridge support. First responders attempted life-saving measures before transporting the driver to an area hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

The driver was identified as Robert Lemieux, 38, of Pelham. 

The left lanes on the southbound side of the Interstate were closed for approximately an hour and a half while the scene was being investigated.

Troopers were assisted by members of the Londonderry Fire Department, the Derry Fire Department, and the New Hampshire Department of Transportation.
