Stone-Grimaldi purchased the bakery in 2018 from former owners Mike and Gale Cummings. No stranger to the business, Stone-Grimaldi had been working at Crosby Bakery for 15 years when the opportunity to purchase the city icon crossed her path.
They have put a lot of thought and care into becoming The Beatles, as evidenced by their hair and clothing, replicating the styles worn by the original band from Liverpool, though the heat has forced them to omit their black suit jackets. Their stage banter is delivered in an English accent.
